Meetings Professionals International is a professional community aligned with or serving the global meetings industry. Founded in 1972, the Dallas-based non-profit association has 68 chapters and clubs, over 24,000 members in 20 countries around the world. They organize four conferences around the world annually. MPI is also an active member of the digital world, providing its members with access to members only discussion boards, blogs and wikis. MPI publishes One+ Magazine, their award-winning monthly member magazine, with online access to select feature articles, columns and destination articles.

Society of Incentive and Travel Executives was founded in 1973 and is the only international, non-profit, professional association devoted to the pursuit of excellence in incentives, a multi-billion dollar global industry. SITE provides educational seminars and information services to those who design, develop, promote, sell, administer, and operate motivational programs as an incentive to increase productivity in business.

Currently SITE has over 2,100 members in 87 countries, with 34 local and regional chapters.
