Tracy L. Norum, CMP is the Vice President & General Manager of Fox Premier Meetings and Incentives, a strategic business unit of Fox World Travel. For the past 16 years, Tracy has been responsible for the development, operations and profitable growth of this division. Through innovative consulting and fulfillment of thousands of events around the globe, Fox Premier provides solutions designed to positively impact client's bottom line.

With Tracy's leadership, Fox Premier has been named to the 2008 & 2009 prestigious Corporate Meetings and Incentives Magazine's Top 25 list as one of the industry's largest and most influential full-service meeting and incentive travel management companies in North America.

Tracy's previous positions include meeting and convention management for a national association and Director of Sales and Catering for a local hotel. In addition, she has served in roles as the Manager of Tour and Travel Sales and Manager of Meeting and Convention Sales for a Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Tracy is active in industry organizations currently serving on the Advisory Board for the Monaco Government Tourist Office and having served early in her career on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of Meetings Professionals International. She is also a member of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives.

Tracy holds a Bachelors Degree from St. Norbert College in Communications, Media and Theatre. In addition, Tracy received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 1992 and continues to mentor future industry leaders in her role as an adjunct professor in the Meeting & Event Management certification program at Fox Valley Technical College and in her role as an Advisory Board Member for Moraine Park Technical College.

As a seasoned veteran with over 24 years in the travel industry, Julie Pollnow had worked with Fox World Travel for ten years early in her career and is a founding member of the original Premier Meetings and Incentives. More recently, Julie owned and operated her own independent meeting and incentive planning company for 14 years and has now returned as a team member of Fox Premier focusing on designing and promoting group, individual and merchandise incentives. Julie is active in the Oshkosh community and in the summer spends her free time cheering on her sons and their baseball teams.

With five years in the event planning and operations management industry Nicole joined Fox Premier in 2007. Nicole's focus is on sales team coordination, marketing of Fox Premier and client relations. She holds a Bachelors degree from UW-Oshkosh and had begun the accreditation process towards her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certificate. Nicole loves traveling, reading, boating and spending time with her husband and pets.

Her favorite travel destination: St. John, USVI. Most recent travel accomplishment: Hiking Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.

Crystal's event management experience began at a private building materials distribution company as an exhibition and trade show planner. In 2008 she joined Fox Premier as an Event Resources Specialist and in 2009 became the Manager, Program Operations. Her role at Fox Premier includes leading the operations team in the development, fulfillment and results management of all meetings, incentives and events produced by Fox Premier. Crystal enjoys the diversity each day brings and the opportunity to connect with so many of Fox Premier's valued clients. Outside of work Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, connecting with friends far and wide online and cheering for her alumni team - the Michigan State Spartans.

Bonnie joined Fox Premier in 2006 as a Program Manager focusing on both meetings and incentives. With more than 19 years of event development and planning experience, Bonnie has demonstrated strong abilities in all aspects of the field including sales, sourcing and operations. In her previous position as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a nation-wide paper company, Bonnie was responsible for planning meetings, events and trade shows at the corporate level. This gave her the opportunity to learn corporate meetings and incentives from the inside out, and her love of the event planning process led her to pursue meeting planning as a full-time career. Bonnie loves working one-on-one with Fox Premier's clients to help achieve their goals. After work Bonnie enjoys active outdoor pursuits including golf, biking and spending free time with her daughter.

Anna has enjoyed working in the travel industry for the past 27 years. She joined the Fox World Travel Team in 1993, when she relocated to the Oshkosh area from Dearborn, Michigan. After working for five years as manager of Fox World Travel's Business Travel Center, Anna joined the Fox Premier team to focus on the meetings and incentives area of the business. Anna has extensive experience working on the logistical arrangements for one of Fox Premier's largest clients, coordinating all transportation arrangements for programs ranging in size from 250 to 1,200 attendees. She has also achieved success as the lead planner for several national sales meetings and national association conventions. Outside of work, Anna enjoys watching reality programs, dancing and shopping.

In 2010, Lisa is celebrating 15 years total with Fox World Travel - 11 with Fox Premier and four in Fox World Travel's corporate sales and service department. Prior to joining the Fox World Travel family, she worked for the Oshkosh Convention & Visitors Bureau in various capacities for ten years. Lisa is a MPI member since 2000 and has an Associates Degree from Moraine Park Technical College and is currently pursuing her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification. Her hobbies include cross stitch, reading, bowling and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Bonny joined Fox Premier in 2003 after spending 18 years as a vacation travel agent and accounting specialist with Fox World Travel. Today, Bonny's main focus is on quality assurance, accounting reconciliation and attendee management. She also enjoys the creativity involved in researching and programming customized trip websites for Fox Premier clients, as well as coordination of personalized travel documents and registrations. In her free time, Bonny can be found waterskiing in the summer, walking, having coffee with friends, and spending time with her family at home.

Favorite Travel Destination: The Northwoods of Wisconsin, the Caribbean and Dubai.

Karen joined Fox World Travel in 1981 after graduating from McConnell Travel School. She has held many positions within the company, but has spent most of her time with Fox Premier Meetings and Incentives. She loves the thrill of finding great new destinations, resorts, and venues, and loves saving you money! Karen has a B.S. in Education from UW-Oshkosh and a Culinary Arts degree. At home, she's busy raising two pre-teen daughters and a golden retriever. Karen also enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and baking, and photography.

Favorite Travel Destination: She.s been to five of the seven continents numerous times. Favorite places include Kenya, France, Switzerland, and Australia plus New York City, San Francisco, and Hawaii.

Robin joined Fox Premier in the fall of 2004. She has 18 years of industry experience as a travel agent. Her background is diverse and covers vacation, individual business, group and corporate travel. Robin's knowledge as Fox Premier.s Lead Travel Coordinator provides innovative and practical travel management solutions for all of Fox Premier's clients. She graduated from Associated Schools Inc., with a travel certificate. Robin's hobbies include spending time with her children, gardening, reading, & just being outdoors.

Donna has the distinction of being a graduate of the very first Fox World Travel School class in 1990. Since then, she's dedicated over 20 years working in the Fox World Travel vacation offices in Appleton and Oshkosh. She joined the Fox Premier division two years ago as a Group Air Coordinator with expertise in international and vacation travel. Donna's summertime leisure activities include sailing on Lake Michigan and Green Bay.

Favorite Travel Destination: Venice. Most frequently visited travel destination: Key West, Florida - she's been there over 15 times!

To start a second career, Ruth graduated from the Fox World Travel School in 1996. She worked in the Fox World Travel Fond du Lac vacation travel retail office for six years and also as an independent travel coordinator. Ruth has been a part of the Fox Premier team since 2007 as a Group Air Coordinator. Outside of work, Ruth likes to sew, tend to her flower beds and read.

JoAnn has been active in the travel industry for over 20 years. She began as a vacation travel agent in a small agency in southern Wisconsin and after a couple years joined the global American Express team. Within AmEx she specialized as in vacation and corporate travel and worked as a financial agent navigating foreign currency exchange. When JoAnn joined Fox Premier in 2008, her travel background has proven to be vital for her role as an online travel specialist. Her main focus is the creation of streamlined registration websites offered to Fox Premier's client. JoAnn enjoys the opportunity to support all program attendees by customizing a simple and efficient on-line tool for their individual needs. Her love for travel carries over to home as well because the plans are already in place for this year's annual trip to Disneyland with her daughter. JoAnn also loves to scrapbook and play games on the Wii with her family to relax and have fun.
